Involve-Evolve-Achieve
The three words I would give importance in my manifesto is Involve – Evolve – Achieve.
Get involved in more activities of our association. Evolve yourselves to more and brighter days and get recognized for our achievements.
I wish there would be more greater and frequent platforms to recognize our members’ achievements. Listening to your voices and being an active member of our association, taking active measures to initiate the changes you want to see. Striving to keep you up-to-date with how the industry is evolving itself and improving. By keeping you involved, you will be able to understand why things change or evolve and how will it continue to benefit you to continue to enhance the relationship. Devoting time to event representatives meetings across the country and interacting with members on issues they face.
Following your heartbeats I am confident of achieving
A Ministerial level interaction citing the plight of our organization to bring in maximum opportunity to respective land.
Organizing an Inter-state Cultural and Sports Fest to bring in more opportunity to event management industry.
Upgrading and updating our organization and employees, I could bring in training session to our member companies and employees.
A Global event meet to be organized to bring in foreign tour operators/event organizers to understand the event destinations and opportunities in our land, thus allowing our member companies to showcase their creations to outside the world.
I already have a wealth of experience of working for the association and I have your interests at heart. With your voices behind me, I can use the knowledge I have gained to best represent and implement your ideas So if you like what I hope to achieve, I would be most appreciative of your support!

I’m contesting elections for the post of committee member this year for west zone because I want to bring in change in the way our industry is perceived. We still haven’t received the deserving respect and recognition for our art and skills in eyes of corporates/government/authorities.
Few pointers which may help us achieve the same,
Get smallest of the agency across the zone onboarded, kill the insecurity or fear for competition; instead get together and leverage on each other’s strength for better business and inclusive environment.
Propagate power of collaboration and utilize expert connections in industry to ensure peer group help Suggest a vendor-partner participation in association plan to increase our reach and have better control of the industry as they form one of the largest ecosystems in our business
Create smaller IP/Sessions to increase effectivity in onboarding and retaining talent, policies to curb poaching, cross hiring amidst members and have a very healthy movement for member employees.
Support all the initiatives from zonal head and NEC in my fullest capacity.
